I have enjoyed buds brolier since the early 60's but this is a nasty place. Lots of flies and the tables were sticky and dirty. I will go back to buds on city park avenue. Its alot cleaner.

I don't know why people say it is much better than it used to be because I have eaten at this Bud's for as long as I can remember, and I have never had a bad meal. My favorite, in fact the only thing I ever get, is a #7 with no onions, french fries and a vanilla shake. Fantastic!!

I never liked this location before Katrina. However, I was in Kenner last week so I figured I'd give it a try. I am happy to report that it is top notch now. Lots of smoke sauce and very authentic atmosphere. I can't explain what changed, perhaps it reminds me of the old Banks Street location (RIP).

I can remember going to Buds Broiler with my parents when I was a child in Slidell. Now as a parent I take my child to this location whenever I am in town... it is not an option in my household. #7 with no onions!!!

I think this is the best location! A number 3 with mayo and a strawberry milkshake is the best!

I'm from Lake Charles, LA but I never fail to stop off at Bud's Broiler on the Veterans when I'm visiting my relatives in Kenner and Harahan. Best hamburgers in the state.

Bud's Broiler is my favorite since I grew up in Slidell. I crave the #7 with no onions. The cheddar cheese is unlike any other. I came back to this one as an adult and it was just as I remembered it. Because I live in Alabama now, I am printing out the map to this Bud's Broiler and all the Bud's and keeping it in my truck. Now I can always find a Bud's no matter what part of town I am visiting.
